Corn for Masa

 

Corn is a grain that it was much appreciated by the Incas for its nutrients and their properties to the extent that they considered a sacred food. Its flour is ideal when there are problems of allergy or intolerance to gluten and is great for making dough for tortillas or different Products. Corn offers the antioxidant beta carotene, highly recommended for the prevention of cancer and also offers B vitamins, namely B1, B3 and B9, which act to the nervous system.
