Chilli Serrano

 

As its name announces it is native to mountainous areas, belongs to the traditional Chillis. Generally used green and raw, crushed to prepare different sauces such as guacamole, cooked for the preparation of salsa and salsa verde or ranchera cooked whole as a side dish of rice. The Chillis Chillis are goaded green fried. It's not often use dry powder.
