Charal Dry

 

Its scientific name is "Chirustoma Jordan " and the popular name that is known, comes from the Tarascan "Charare. " Physostomous is a fish that belongs to the family of atherinids, small, about 5 to 8 cm long, compressed body, almost translucent espinuco, silver, abounds in lakes and ponds in the Valley of Mexico, Jalisco and Michoacán.
